Melodia para un regreso by Nesto Basurto is the first song of my new album “A mis viejos”.

In August 2023 I was fortunate to work with maestro Basurto in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We recorded different Argentine rhythms that include tango, milonga, zamba, waltz, and Huayno, not only to celebrate Argentine music but to reiterate the significance of Maestro Basurto’s oeuvre. Nestor Basurto has dedicated his life to develop the Argentine folklore as a singer, guitar player, composer, and arranger.

A mis viejos will be released in November 2023 under El Yeite Records.
